Brooklyn Mills was started by Aris Janos by rethinking and rediscovering the historical relationship of people to bread. Brooklyn Mills breads are made with whole ancient grains, stone-milled to preserve essential nutrients necessary for our health. All the grain is grown in New York State and are organic and non-GMO. Using a sourdough starter exclusively, the only additions to the bread are evoo, sea salt, and Greek wild thyme honey, nothing else.
