Roberta’s signature Neapolitan-inspired pizza, in a process that took months of testing, each handmade pizza is baked in a wood-burning oven imported from Italy, then immediately blast chilled. The pizzas are crafted with the same ingredients, from the scratch-made dough to the handmade mozzarella, as they use at the restaurant.
